Authority seeks a dedicated Housing Manager to effectively lead 118 housing units. You will work with a budget of $635,000 while engaging with Saskatchewan Housing Corporation on housing program services. Your leadership will help ensure protected, compliant, and respectful interactions with tenants and the community. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain management plans for properties
Ensure productive housing service delivery and tenant safety
Manage tenant issues, including complaints and evictions
Create annual budgets and supervise contractors
Assist the Board with decision-making support Requirements:
Background in business, social work, or human services
Relevant work experience in housing management
