Join GoodLife Fitness as a Nighttime Customer Support Specialist, delivering exceptional service to Members and contributing to a motivating atmosphere. Make each interaction count. This role centers on welcoming Members and assisting them with fitness inquiries in a agile Club setting.

You will manage calls, check in Members, and ensure a clean space while addressing Member concerns with professionalism. Being knowledgeable about Memberships will enhance service delivery and strengthen relationships with potential customers. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in Members for workouts
Answer phones and schedule appointments promptly
Help Members with questions about fitness machines
Maintain cleanliness standards through various tasks
Conduct Fit-Fix Starter sessions for recent Members Requirements:
CPR-A & AED Certification mandatory
Must gain Smart Tan certification within 3 months
Strong customer focus and communication skills
Previous experience in customer service advantageous
Familiarity with fitness industry preferred Utilize your interpersonal skills and knowledge to support the GoodLife community as a valued nighttime representative.
