Equipment Express is a leading heavy haul trucking company specializing in complex oversize and overweight transport across Canada and cross-border. We move the equipment that keeps major infrastructure, energy, and industrial projects running - and we're looking to build a stronger public presence to match the scale of the work we do.

The Prospect

We're creating a recent role for someone early in their marketing career who wants hands-on experience across social media, brand building, and sales support in a quick-paced, industrial B2B environment. You'll be the first dedicated marketing hire at the company, working closely with our General Manager and sales team to raise our visibility in the industry and modernize the tools our sales team uses every day.

Part time role may also be available for an experienced candidate.

What You'll Do

Social Media & Brand
Plan and run our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook - content calendar, posting, and engagement
Photograph and film loads, equipment, and job sites for use in posts, reels, and case studies (some travel to yards/job sites required)
Grow our following among industry peers, customers, and potential hires




Track performance (reach, engagement, leads) and report on what's working
Help develop a consistent brand voice and visual identity across social, website, and printed materials

Sales Enablement & CRM
Modernize and standardize templates used by the sales team - quote presentations, capability decks, proposal formats, email templates
Support CRM cleanup, data entry standards, and basic reporting/dashboards for the sales team
Help build out sales collateral (one-pagers, case studies, equipment spec sheets)
Work with the quoting team to make customer-facing materials clearer and more professional

General Marketing Support
Assist with trade show and industry event materials
Support internal communications and employer-branding content (helpful for future hiring)
Other marketing projects as the role grows

Pay: $19.04-$25.24 per hour
