Become part of RBC's Life Service team at the Insurance Advice Centre in Mississauga. As an Associate, you’ll assist clients with their insurance queries to enhance their experience. In this full time position, you will engage with clients through inbound calls and emails, providing expert answers and managing their life and health policy inquiries.

Handle inbound calls about life insurance policies
Manage email inquiries from clients and brokers




Deliver personalized insurance assistance to meet client needs
Analyze information regarding policies and communicate effectively
Create positive experiences and resolve issues promptly Requirements:
Flexibility to work shifts from 8 am to 8 pm EST
Excellent oral and written communication capabilities
Solid detail orientation and organizational skills
Experience with multiple computer systems is essential
