Distress Centre Calgary is seeking a Payroll & People Operations Specialist to manage payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and HR policy implementation. The role reports to the Director, People and Culture and supports Alberta employment standards compliance.

This full time, in office position offers salary in the mid-range and a comprehensive benefits package, including RRSP matching, health spending account, extended health and dental, and in office gym access.
