This hands-on position involves plumbing, electrical work, plastering, and painting, along with upholding compliance to safety policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance of plumbing, heating, and cooling systems
Move furniture safely within the Home as needed
Ensure tools and equipment are in working order
Support special projects like carpet cleaning or painting
Track maintenance tasks using computerized systems Requirements:
Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with long-term care building codes
Must be available for emergency calls
Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) check
