This role requires a passion for early childhood education and a structured approach founded on Montessori principles for 3 to 5-year-olds. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating purposeful learning experiences that nurture children’s independence and critical thinking.
Candidates must hold a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification and have at least 2 years of experience in relevant settings. You will also mentor the teaching team while engaging families in their children’s growth. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Left Brain curriculum and classroom dynamics
Create developmental activities that promote critical thinking
Support children’s routines and classroom responsibilities
Observe and adapt to children's individual learning needs
Build family connections through regular progress updates Requirements:
Alberta Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification
Minimum 2 years working with preschool children
