This role is more than traditional business development. You will own our strategic alliance with Workiva,



lead our commercial strategy, and drive the end-to-end sales engine for one of our fastest-growing practices. You will cultivate relationships, identify market opportunities, build a high-performing commercial team, and partner closely across the DR&C leadership and wider team, other practices, and firm leadership to translate market demand into profitable growth. Success in this role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of partnerships, sales leadership, consulting, and strategy – someone who enjoys building organizations as much as closing transformational deals. Location: Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. For team members residing in Toronto, we expect 2-4 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.
