In your role as Maintenance Worker II, you will carry out essential preventative and demand maintenance as part of the Facilities, Maintenance & Engineering unit.

Your duties will include drywall repair, equipment checks, and minor plumbing tasks. Work under general supervision while ensuring the operational integrity of building systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Repair drywall, floors, and perform painting tasks
Execute equipment checks for pressure and temperature
Manage minor plumbing and equipment repairs
Clean and maintain equipment through disassembly Requirements:
Grade 10 or equivalent education required
Proficient with a valid driver's license
Power Engineer 5th Class Certificate necessary if needed
Class 5 ABSA certification is an asset
