Located just outside of Fredericton, in Tracyville, NB, Marwood Ltd is currently seeking applicants for a Pellet Plant Operator The successful candidate will have responsibilities for operation of the pellet plant and dryer, piling robot, forklift, wrapping station, etc.

The Ideal Candidate is:
Mechanically inclined and enjoys working with equipment
Reliable and comfortable working independently
Eager to learn and take ownership of day-to-day operations
Experience in a manufacturing environment, construction, operating woodlands equipment or heavy equipment would be an asset.
Must be able to work a 12-hour shift as well as days and nights

Responsibilities Include:
Monitor product quality and maintain accurate records (quality checks, grading, etc.)
Ensure finished products are properly packaged and labeled




Work collaboratively to maintain a safe and efficient workplace
Perform a variety of physical and mechanical tasks related to plant operations
Contribute to continuous improvement in production and safety
Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
Take on additional duties as needed
