The Market Valuation

Analyst will conduct research on market sales, lease transactions, and rental rates. Conduct extensive appraisal support and market analysis

Perform property inspections as required Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with relevant experience
Candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada
Experience in analyzing financial information
Solid organizational skills and inquisitive mindset
