Maintain safety compliance and conduct site inspections
Lead, motivate, and develop the operational team
Oversee accurate and timely completion of operational documentation
Support training programs for current and recent employees
Coordinate maintenance for vehicles and equipment Requirements:
Three years in a supervisory or leadership role
Class 3 driver’s license necessary
Experience in waste management preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
