Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting gardening tools, plants, landscape maintenance supplies, and related merchandise
Provide knowledgeable guidance on horticulture techniques, plant care, and landscaping projects to enhance customer experience
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts processing
Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight seasonal products and promote sales opportunities
Support inventory management by restocking shelves, conducting stock counts,



and organizing storage areas
Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries in multiple languages when needed and resolving issues promptly
Assist with e-commerce orders by preparing online purchases for pickup or delivery as required

Qualifications
Prior experience with retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising techniques
Passion for gardening, horticulture, landscape maintenance, or outdoor living products
Organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain attractive displays
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms is advantageous but not mandatory
