Strathcona Resources Ltd. seeks an experienced Team Lead, Operational Technology to guide OT, network, and security functions across Alberta and Saskatchewan.

You will liaison between field operations and technology teams, drive secure and reliable production systems, and develop your people in a quick-paced energy workplace. The role requires 8–10+ years in OT and hands-on leadership, with a focus on cyber security, systems integration, and project delivery in oil and gas.
