Duties
Lead and supervise a crew responsible for landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, and seasonal cleanups
Implement horticultural best practices to maintain healthy lawns, shrubs, trees, and flower bed
Monitor crew performance to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Assist with soft scape projects such as installing current landscape plantings and enhance existing installations




Perform routine inspections of landscapes to identify issues requiring attention or repair

Qualifications
Experience supervising or leadership experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture settings
Strong knowledge in gardening techniques, and general landscape care practices
Experience with horticulture principles including plant health, pruning, fertilization, and pest management
Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and coordinate with clients or project managers
Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions throughout the day
