Key Responsibilities
Provide support on Cisco switches, routers and Wireless devices.
Provide support on Palo Alto firewall.
Implement firewall changes to support required access will adhering to security policies.
Maintaining computer networks routers, switches, Aps, firewalls, SD-WAN devices and other physical hardware
Installing, Troubleshooting and configuring network equipments, Firewall and Wireless devices
Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to other networking issues to other employees and management
