Your responsibilities include installing various landscape elements and training current team members on installation and safety techniques. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential to meet our high standards. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in leading and supporting crew tasks
Install patios, retaining walls, and sod efficiently
Operate equipment and power tools safely
Help maintain project timelines and quality standards
Train crew members on protected work practices Requirements:
2+ years of landscaping or construction experience
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
Proficient with landscaping equipment and power tools
Solid leadership and motivational skills
