In this key role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of course maintenance, ensuring the highest quality of greens and fairways while managing a dedicated maintenance team. Your leadership and strategic planning will shape our future direction. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and supervise course maintenance plans
Monitor and maintain turf health through various techniques
Control irrigation systems while prioritizing sustainability
Implement and manage agronomic practices throughout the season
Recruit, train, and oversee seasonal maintenance staff Requirements:
Degree in turf management or significant field experience
Certification in pesticides and fertilizers required
Robust budgeting and staff supervision skills
