Requirements: • Significant experience in educational operations and leadership • Solid grasp of challenges faced by students with disabilities • Ability to manage sensitive, multi-faceted issues effectively • Experience in employee relations and organizational dynamics • Knowledge of Deaf culture and ASL is an advantage
