Duties
Perform detailed Russian manicure and pedicure treatments, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and high-quality results
Provide additional services such as body waxing and nail enhancements to meet client needs and preferences
Educate clients on proper nail care, maintenance, and aftercare to promote healthy nails and skin
Engage in upselling retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty accessories to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Maintain strict sanitation standards by disinfecting tools, workstations, and treatment areas in accordance with health regulations
Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client requests, offering skilled advice, and creating a welcoming atmosphere




Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable products that align with clients’ beauty goals

Skills
Proven experience in Russian manicure and pedicure techniques with attention to precision and cleanliness
Robust knowledge of nail care practices, sanitation protocols, and safety standards
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
Ability to perform body waxing services confidently when required
Demonstrated ability to upsell products naturally while focusing on customer satisfaction
Exceptional customer service skills that foster loyalty and repeat business
Retail sales experience to promote beauty products confidently and effectively
