Join Schroeder Ambulatory Centre as the Manager of the Operating Room and PACU, focusing on patient-centered, innovative surgical care in a full time, in office capacity. You will report to the Director of Clinics, Perioperative and Procedures, bringing a wealth of experience from operating room settings.

Your role emphasizes building a high-performing team and enhancing patient experiences in the delivery of orthopedic and similar surgical services. Engage with internal and external partners to facilitate growth and effective care models critically. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and management of OR and PACU services
Create an agile, engaging setting for surgical teams
Collaborate with partners to strengthen the surgical program




Implement innovative models that improve patient care and efficiency
Manage budgeting and resources for sustained program success Requirements:
Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
At least 5 years in Perioperative Services
Strong background in agile healthcare leadership
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Registered with the Ontario College of Nurses Drive innovation and excellence in surgical care at Schroeder Ambulatory Centre with your leadership acumen.
