Duties
Assist senior stylists with preparing clients and setting up styling stations to ensure smooth service flow
Perform basic hair washing, conditioning, and towel drying to support styling processes
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and salon areas in compliance with health standards
Engage with clients at the front desk, scheduling appointments and answering inquiries with friendly professionalism
Support retail sales by recommending hair care products suited to client needs and upselling where appropriate




Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
Help manage appointment schedules, ensuring timely and organized client flow

Experience
No prior qualified experience required; a strong desire to learn and grow in the beauty industry is essential
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
Experience in customer service or retail sales is advantageous, demonstrating your ability to engage positively with clients
Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in a quick-paced environment
Strong organizational skills to assist with front desk operations and appointment management
