Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist with meal preparation to ensure timely service
Cook a variety of menu items with precision and consistency, following established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including stations, utensils, and equipment
Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients and dishes
Support the serving team by ensuring orders are completed accurately and efficiently




Assist in inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed
Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and working collaboratively

Requirements
Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations
Basic understanding of cooking techniques and meal preparation processes
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction
