You will work under the Head of Finance, concentrating on refining the monthly close process and ensuring financial accuracy as 2025 records get finalized. Starting with an in-house schedule, you'll have the option to transition to hybrid work. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the monthly close process and record journal entries
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Conduct both daily and monthly bank reconciliations
Assist in weekly customer invoicing for services
Help rectify legacy financial discrepancies Requirements:
CPA designation preferred (in progress accepted)
Minimum 4 years of accounting experience required
Experience managing month-end closes and reconciliations
Logistics or high-volume experience desirable
