Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards
Cook a variety of dishes with precision, attention to detail, and efficiency to ensure timely service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols
Assist in food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently executing meal preparation tasks




Follow safety procedures related to cooking equipment and hot surfaces to prevent accidents
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
Robust knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and support a positive work workplace
Familiarity with serving protocols and customer service expectations in a restaurant setting
Enthusiasm for learning new culinary skills and contributing to a vibrant kitchen atmosphere

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
