Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development for infants and toddlers
Foster a warm, caring environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive interactions among children
Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and families in both English and French to ensure transparent understanding of each child's needs and progress
Monitor children's health and safety closely,



adhering to all licensing regulations and safety protocols
Maintain detailed records of children's developmental milestones, daily activities, and any incidents or concerns
Organize classroom materials and resources efficiently using robust organizational skills to support seamless daily operations
Collaborate with team members to plan special events or activities that enhance learning experiences and community engagement

Experience
Prior experience working with children in early childhood education settings or childcare environments is highly preferred
Knowledge of child development principles, early childhood education practices, and classroom management techniques is essential
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are necessary for documenting progress and engaging with families effectively
Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while leading classroom activities ensures a positive learning environment for all children

Pay: $27.00-$28.00 per hour
