First Cooks / Line cooks

Serving local farm to table cuisine for over 20 years. The Fireside Grill is located in a majestic Garry Oak meadow with outdoor terraces in a beautifully refurbished tudor style restaurant. We have continually defined the dining scene on the Peninsula and preparing to expand.

We are currently seeking an addition to our award winning team and looking for experienced applicants to add to our talented team of chefs.
