WE'RE HIRING: JOURNEYMAN HVAC TECHNICIANS The Gentlemen Pros is looking for experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians to join our Calgary and Edmonton teams.

We're looking for technicians who can:
Diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential HVAC systems
Work on furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, boilers, humidifiers, and air quality systems
Provide professional recommendations and educate homeowners
Deliver exceptional customer service and quality workmanship
Perform residential plumbing service when needed
Support apprentices and work collaboratively with our team
Identify legitimate repair, replacement, and maintenance prospects

What we're looking for:
Alberta Journeyman Refrigeration, AC Mechanic, Gasfitter, or Sheetmetal certification




Residential HVAC service experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid Class 5 Alberta driver's licence
Qualified, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently The job includes:

Daily travel throughout Calgary, Edmonton, and surrounding areas, with evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations as scheduled.
