Drive change in homelessness support at the Department of Prospects and Social Development in Halifax. This term role focuses on program management and community collaboration to support at-risk individuals and families. In your role as Manager of Homelessness Programs, you will be responsible for program design and implementation, directly impacting vulnerable Nova Scotians.

Reporting to the Director, you will engage with diverse partners to develop effective strategies that meet pressing housing challenges and enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver strategic plans for housing initiatives
Identify and design impactful programs
Collaborate with community and government partners
Assess and improve existing program processes
Manage human and financial resources effectively Requirements:
Completed degree in a relevant area
Proven experience in program management
Deep understanding of homelessness causes in Nova Scotia
