You’ll oversee the entire process of segregated funds and work closely with insurance advisors to ensure quality service and swift resolutions to issues. Facilitate the processing of segregated funds and GICs accurately
Take ownership of data quality for assigned investment files




Follow up with carriers on pending transfers diligently
Assist advisors with any documentation or information needs
Resolve issues related to investments with professionalism Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the investment realm
Relevant designations (FLMI, ACS, AIAA) are advantageous
Superior attention to detail and time management skills
Solid verbal and written communication in English and French
