Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Kelowna Airport is seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead daily front desk operations and deliver outstanding guest service. You will coach the team, uphold the Hamptonality culture, and ensure smooth operations under the Director of Rooms and Assistant Front Office Manager.

Responsibilities include training and evaluating staff, maintaining guest satisfaction, managing schedules, and overseeing the Breakfast area during hours of operation.
