Kitchen Staff / Cook — Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Full time Kitchen Staff / Cook to join our restaurant team.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food according to restaurant standards
Handle daily food preparation and ingredient prep
Prepare orders accurately and efficiently during busy hours
Assist with all daily kitchen operations
Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas
Clean and organize kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
Receive, organize, and properly store food supplies
Assist with inventory and restocking
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Perform other general kitchen duties as required

Requirements
Previous experience working in a sushi restaurant or restaurant kitchen is required
Experience with food preparation and order preparation
Mandarin speaking is an asset
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Able to work independently and as part of a team




Solid attention to cleanliness and food safety
Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

About the Role This position is responsible for general kitchen operations, including food preparation, order preparation, dishwashing, cleaning, restocking, and other day-to-day kitchen duties. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling different responsibilities and working as part of a busy restaurant team.

We are looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable, responsible, and willing to take on different tasks in the kitchen.

Pay: $16.00-$21.00 per hour
