Your role will involve developing individualized care plans, implementing treatment strategies, and collaborating with a dedicated interdisciplinary team. Conduct thorough assessments for each resident
Develop treatment plans aligned with resident goals
Integrate residents into therapeutic activities
Regularly evaluate goals and adapt treatment plans
Provide comprehensive documentation relating to care provided Requirements:
Valid registration with the provincial regulatory board
Baccalaureate in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
Previous experience in gerontology is preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
