Provide nursing care to medically complex patients
Collaborate on patient treatment plans with healthcare specialists
Assess and document patient conditions accurately
Educate patients and families on care procedures
Uphold safety and nursing standards as a core priority Requirements:
Registered and in positive standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Minimum two years in complex continuing care
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
Geriatric Foundations Course completion
