Duties
Greet customers warmly, answer questions about products, and assist with selections to enhance their shopping experience.
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by properly handling food products and ensuring the stand is tidy at all times
Upsell fresh produce and related items to maximize sales opportunities while providing helpful recommendations
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without sacrificing quality or safety standards.

Skills
Proven experience in food service, cashiering, or retail environments,



preferably within the food industry or restaurant setting
Solid customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for quick transaction processing
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple customers efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction calculations
Ability to maintain sanitation standards and handle food products safely
Experience in upselling products to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction
Kitchen or food industry experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with food handling procedures
