UBC is expanding its Building Operations team and looking for experienced Plumbers to provide maintenance for water mains, drainage systems, and gas plumbing. You will report to the People & Process Manager, collaborating closely with other trades specialists. Maintain plumbing systems to ensure operational reliability
Conduct inspections and provide repairs as needed




Assemble and connect plumbing components securely
Respond to urgent plumbing service requests effectively
Follow safety regulations strictly during all work tasks Requirements:
Certification as a journeyperson Plumber
Minimum five years of relevant experience
Valid BC driver's license and additional certifications are a plus
Experience interpreting technical drawings and maintenance manuals
