Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected regularly to promote health and safety standards
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock needs replenishing
Handle waste disposal responsibly by emptying trash bins and recycling containers in accordance with company policies
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance issues or areas needing special attention




Follow safety procedures diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Collaborate with facilities maintenance teams to report repairs or equipment malfunctions promptly

Skills
Proven experience in cleaning or custodial services, preferably within commercial or institutional settings
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols
Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners effectively
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and consistency
Valuable physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues clearly
Basic understanding of facilities maintenance and the ability to assist with minor upkeep tasks when needed
