Reporting to the Sr. Manager, HSE, you will engage with union representatives and operational teams to cultivate a robust safety culture. Your expertise will be pivotal in identifying risks and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and mitigate health and safety risks and hazards
Collaborate with teams on incident investigations and audits




Provide guidance on safety standards and best practices
Communicate HSEQ expectations to all stakeholders
Monitor program performance and improvement initiatives Requirements:
Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
Five years of occupational health and safety experience
Knowledge of WorkSafeBC legislation and safety practices
Experience in unionized settings
