Responsibilities
2 Years experience in food industry
Prepare and cook grilled dishes to meet quality standards and customer expectations
Follow all food safety and handling procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen workplace
Strong Customer Service Skills
Flexibility required
Team player is an asset
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Operate grilling equipment efficiently and safely during busy service hours




Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation
Maintain cleanliness of the grill station, including sanitizing surfaces and tools regularly
Support team members with food service duties to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements
Prior 2 years experience in food service or restaurant settings, especially with grilling or cooking on open flame preferred
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting
Solid understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving menu items
Food industry experience involving cooking, serving, or food preparation is highly desirable
