Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, with a minimum of three years working with diverse learners. You will cover everything from classroom management to ethical responsibilities, fostering the next generation of paraprofessionals in K-12 settings. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and teach a skilled training course




Instruct on paraprofessional roles and responsibilities
Educate on effective communication strategies

Cover legal and ethical education considerations Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
K-12 Teaching License or Adult Education Credential required
3+ years in K-12 teaching roles
