Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing various finishing tasks on construction projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. This role requires hands-on experience with finishing techniques, tools, and materials to deliver polished, qualified results that meet project specifications and client expectations.

Responsibilities
Apply caulking and sealants to joints and seams for a clean finish
Use hand tools
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute finishing tasks accurately
Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment necessary for finishing work
Install trims, Siding, paper, Rainscreen, soffit and other finishes according to project plans
Conduct quality checks to ensure surfaces are smooth, level, and meet aesthetic standards




Maintain a clean work workplace by organizing tools and debris removal

Skills
Proficiency with hand tools used in construction and carpentry applications
Strong knowledge of construction processes and finishing techniques
Experience in carpentry, installation, or related handyman work
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
Skilled in caulking, sanding, and surface preparation for a polished finish
Capable of heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
Valuable communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
