Foreperson, your leadership will guide day-to-day field activities and align them with ClearWater's commitment to safety and efficiency. Reporting directly to the Superintendent, you will engage with a diverse team, ensuring compliance and optimizing project execution. This role requires decision-making and solid operational planning skills. Key Responsibilities:
Mentor and coach field crews and forepersons
Assess daily operations and address workplace issues
Monitor compliance with legal and quality standards
Contribute to continuous improvement in processes
Communicate operational challenges and updates effectively Requirements:
Journeyperson Certification or Technical Trade Certificate
3+ years of supervisory experience in industrial sectors
Comprehensive understanding of safety protocols
Solid verbal and written communication skills
