You'll demonstrate instruments, answer customer inquiries, and actively follow up on orders, utilizing a commonsense approach for troubleshooting. Attend ongoing training sessions to remain knowledgeable about our products. Key Responsibilities:
Guide customers through renting and purchasing musical gear
Assess and match individual customer needs with products
Demonstrate instrument features to potential customers
Professionally handle phone inquiries and follow-ups
Maintain an inviting store environment through merchandising Requirements:
Must be a musician who can play an instrument
