Work with GEF Seniors Housing as a full time General Maintenance Worker in Edmonton, Alberta. Perform essential maintenance tasks while ensuring quality living conditions for residents. This role involves general building maintenance at the Central Services location of GEF Seniors Housing. You will manage work orders, assist with maintenance projects, and support preventative maintenance efforts, all contributing to the comfort of our residents in affordable housing. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct general maintenance activities on buildings
Ensure timely completion of work orders
Assist Maintenance Technicians whenever required
Engage in preventative maintenance tasks
Take part in project-based work Requirements:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Plumbing and HVAC experience preferred
Must possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license
Excellent English communication skills needed
