Assist in case planning and creating supportive programs
Deliver daily physical and emotional support to clients
Respond effectively to overdose situations
Administer first aid and Naloxone as necessary
Connect clients to external resources and support Requirements:
Diploma in a related Social or Human Services field
At least two years of relevant experience
Familiarity with community support agencies
Emergency First Aid and CPR Level C certification
