Join The Care Company team as a Home Health OTA/PTA and support clients in achieving independence at home. This community-based role is crucial for enhancing clients' mobility and safety. Working under the direction of seasoned Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, you will assist clients across diverse regions such as Keswick and Georgina. The role's focus is on daily mobility, exercise programs, and fostering a protected setting for clients. Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor treatment plans as directed
Assist clients through mobility and exercise tasks
Provide support and training for caregivers
Ensure proper documentation of client progress
Travel between client homes for adaptable scheduling Requirements:
OTA/PTA qualification from an approved institution
Prior experience in home and community care
Effective communication skills in English
Current CPR and First Aid certification
