As a key part of the Medical Transportation Program, you will educate First Nations members about their roles in medical travel assistance, ensuring they understand their responsibilities. Your organizational skills will help in managing logistics efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Manage phone calls and general office functions
Assist in maintaining an organized filing system




Prepare necessary forms and certificates for medical appointments
Inform the community about FNIH transportation roles
Record and distribute meeting minutes Requirements:
Certificate in Administration or suitable experience
Robust skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
Experience in First Nations organizations is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Your proactive support will ensure the success of the Medical Transportation Program and improve access for community members.
