Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This role requires robust communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Manage reservations for guests
Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents and managing office correspondence.
Provide information about services offered and address any inquiries from guests. Must have knowledge of surrounding area to be able to make recommendations
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
Handle administrative tasks including data entry, maintaining office supplies, and managing guest check-in/check-out processes.





Requirements
Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
Robust customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and staff.
Proficiency in clerical tasks including filing, emails, and general office duties.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for this role.

Must have flexibility to work any shift from days, to evenings and overnight. Weekends and weekdays Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour
