What you will be doing:
Access Lifecycle Management: Process and manage access requests related to current hires, transfers, departures, and special privileges.
Access Reviews: Execute and coordinate periodic user access reviews.
Validation: Validate access for regular, privileged, and service accounts.
Operational Support: Resolve access-related incidents and issues.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure IT resource access integrity, support internal/external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence, and maintain compliance with established processes and regulatory requirements.
Documentation: Maintain and update IAM procedures.
Collaboration: Identify application and data owners to facilitate access validations and certifications; participate in data integration within access management tools.





What you must have:
Experience: 5–10 years of skilled experience (intermediate level).
Specialized Experience: 2–4 years of specific experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Key Skills
Solid understanding of user provisioning and access lifecycle management
Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) concepts.
Solid knowledge of authentication and authorization processes.
Understanding of IAM best practices.
Experience in audit, compliance, or internal control environments.
Ability to participate in periodic access reviews.
Education: College diploma in Systems Technology or an equivalent field.
Language: Fully bilingual (French and English), written and spoken.
