Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge seeks a First Cook to join our culinary team in the Canadian Rockies. Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, you will manage kitchen production for à la carte and banquet service, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
You should have 2–3 years of 4- or 5-star hotel experience, Alberta Food Handler Certification, and a culinary diploma. Robust knife skills and superb communication and organization are essential.
